Explore the Terroirs of Barolo

Masterclass Tasting/Dinner with Interactive Maps

Hosted by Antonio Galloni

October 29, 2014

Bar Boulud, 1900 Broadway, New York, NY 10023

Join Antonio Galloni on October 29, 2014 at Bar Boulud in New York, for an intimate Barolo masterclass tasting focusing on the great terroirs of Barolo. The wines will be paired with a specially designed four course tasting menu.

For the occasion, Antonio has chosen ten single-vineyard Barolos, each a reference-point example of site. Antonio will also be demonstrating the Vinous Interactive Barolo map during what is sure to be a highly engaging and spirited discussion of the wines and region. The evening concludes with two classic wines that exemplify what was once the tradition: Barolos made from multiple sites.

All of the wines are from the 2008 vintage, a cool, late-ripening year in which the signatures of Barolo’s best vineyards come through loud and clear.

The event sold out to Premium subscribers.
